I've been here a few times and have had a good experience each time. Austin is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He definitely likes his job and cares for his customers. I would recommend this location.

I dont ever leave reviews, but I felt the need to. I feel like its hard to find genuine and honest people these days, and that is exactly what I found in the new manager JP. He helped me with cost and took the time to explain everything in fine detail and did not push any additional sales on me, he told me exactly what I needed and showed me the damage to know what I was paying for. amazing manager and crew

Upon arrival me and my car was struggling, being ignorant your cars needs is a serious drought. But JP at MIDAS and his colleagues Austin, Preston, Scott were all so intuitive about my vehicles needs and requirements for inspection and genuinely educated me on how to fix my vehicle and how to avoid future mishaps . I am truly grateful and impressed by the level of honesty and integrity they showed me by helping me with zero ulterior motives and helping me save money. Thank you MIDAS

JP is very good! He has great customer service and an awesome personality. I came in for an oil change because of the great price and the staff checked my car top to bottom. Gave me a breakdown of what everything would cost me and explained everything in detail. I will be a returning customer. P.S. He's not from Boston, he's from Brooklyn (that's in New York, hehe)
